We are on a mission to end loneliness and social isolation. Loneliness is the most significant health crisis of our time – more impactful to health than heart disease, obesity, or smoking. We have seen its impact on quality of life and health outcomes firsthand and are laser-focused on ending the loneliness epidemic. How? We do this by meaningfully connecting people with other people. Yet, traditional systems are insufficient and fragmented—innovative solutions are needed to build a new future of human connection, and we are the pioneers in making that future a reality.

We are building a platform powered by LLMs that connects people over small facilitated group events and shared lived experiences. Our technology opens new pathways of connections that measurably reduce loneliness and social isolation while improving health outcomes and quality of life for millions. Our work is grounded in years of longevity research at Stanford and is backed by world-class advisors and investors. We focus on harnessing AI's incredible power to drive more meaningful human-to-human connections. We are already live with early customers, have evidence to show the impact we can drive to quality of life, and are now scaling the product and technology as we build a mission-driven team to augment the human experience.

What You'll Own

• Product Development: Roll up your sleeves to own the full product lifecycle as we iterate from MVP to a best-in-class platform. Your fingerprints will be on everything from architecture to deployment.
• Technology and Business Strategy: Be a thought partner on technical and business decisions with a creative, future-focused lens.
• AI Strategy: Push boundaries by exploring generative AI and intelligent agents that transform how we connect people to the best support.
• Build a World-Class Technical Team: You’ll join as a hands-on developer, but that role will evolve as the company grows. You’ll hire and develop a top-performing engineering team.
• Forming Culture from Day One: You’ll shape our team standards, development practices, and values. Your role will be foundational in fostering a culture that empowers and inspires as we grow.

Signals You’re the Right Fit

• Educational Foundation: A degree in computer science or a related field.
• Background in Engineering & AI: 5+ years in software engineering, with experience or a strong interest in building with LLMs and generative AI more broadly.
• Proven Builder: Track record of taking products from zero to one in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and commitment.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A deep focus on customer-driven product development, combined with an understanding of how to deliver solutions that meet user needs.
• Hands-On & Resourceful: Willing to get in the trenches and solve challenges hands-on as we grow; you have a strong bias for action and ownership.
• Leadership Skills: Experience building and scaling high-performing teams, setting a high standard for technical excellence and culture.
• Excellent Communicator: Able to communicate clearly and confidently across functions to rally support and inspire alignment.
• Technical Versatility: With a solid background in full-stack or AI-driven development, you bring expertise in developing products in high-growth, evolving settings.
